*📖📖OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL.* *DATE: SUNDAY 1ST MARCH, 2020.* *THEME:: ALWAYS BE BATTLE READY.* *MEMORISE:* Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.  (Ephesians 6:10) *READ*: PSALMS 18:39 (KJV) 39. For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle; thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me. *MESSAGE* Any Christian who does not face battles from the kingdom of darkness is either considered irrelevant or relic. As long as you remain relevant, there will be battles to fight. So, if the devil no longer fights you, if he no longer tries to discourage you, it is not time to rejoice; it is time to check and see if you are still relevant in the kingdom of God. The Bible did not record that any of the first seven sons of Jesse who were not chosen to be kings ever had to fight lions and bears. When Paul was still in the world persecuting Christians, he never had to run for his life to Christ and became an eva...

(Psalm 102:13) *BIBLE READING* Isaiah 60:1-3 (KJV) 1. Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people; but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. *MESSAGE*  “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” – Isaiah 60:1 There are two basic instructions in the passage above – Arise and Shine. ‘Arise’ could have different meanings to different people. To the dead, ‘arise’ could mean resurrect, for example, Jairus’ daughter in Mark 5:25-42. From now on, anything dead in your...

OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL SATURDAY 22ND FEBRUARY 2020 THEME: THE WAGES OF SIN MEMORISE: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 6:23 READ: ROMANS 6:12-23 (KJV) 12. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin; but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. 14. For sin shall not have dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under grace. 15. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 16. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? 17. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart t...
